Below is a price list of our labor installs. And cost of jobs. When I take on full jobs (start to finish) you can expect me to go out and measure for the ordering of stalls. Measurment's are not accepted by contractors/owners unless they have been signed off for. Then once the material is shipped to the job site, or to a shipping/receiving warehouse, I will pick up the materials via trailer, and take them to the job and unload, sort and stage the job for install. Any defects that appear from shipping/manufactures will be documented and reported for our benefit. Any mismeasuring or installing error issues that I have done will be on my part to return/replace/fix, excluding signed measurements from contractors/owners. Anything else to go back to a job may incur a gas/travel cost. We do not modify walls for recessed accessories. Cut sheets will be provided.  We do not install electrical units such as hand dryers or hardwired units. We do not install accessories that require backing without proper backing. (Grab Bars). After installing, I will clean up the mess and throw away any trash/packing material. Plastic coverings on stalls/accessories will be peeled off, and a light wipe down for dust will be provided. I will also take pictures and give you a "Contractor Daily Construction Report" on all your jobs. I do a standard One-year warranty on workmanship only, excluding excessive use/abuse, or factory defects. I require half down on all my new projects before project start, and the other half upon completion of work on said project. We do not operate on a 30 day, 90 day net. Thank you so much!

Service calls are due upon completion!

Inspections for ADA requirements/compliance 100.00 hour, plus travel rate.

Repairs and maintenance 100.00 an hour, plus travel rate, plus cost of parts.

Measuring new jobs for estimating, based on location will incur a trip/gas charge. 100.00 an hour, plus travel rate.

Local measurements in the same city of my shop is no charge.

Measuring for awarded jobs are free

Demo sheet 100.00 each.

4x8 Sheet FRP 150.00 each.

Demo old stalls for trash will incur a dump fee of X amount of dollars, this covers time/trave/fee dumps. Receipts Provided.

Shipping and receiving is paid by the customer, 150.00 receive shipment.

and the warehouse has a storage fee of 150.00 a week to store materials.

You can set a destination for materials to be shipped closer to a job for me to pick up as long as its within reasonable distance from the job.

Gas prices subject to change on market value. Current estimated cost from Fresno to San Jose is two hours and 45 minutes.

75.00 per hour on drive time includes gas.

Payments with cards will incur a 3% surcharge. Checks can be made out too. Or you could pay through Intuit Payment.
